Throughout the process we have been struck by the craftsmanship, attention to detail, excellent level of communication and clear desire to make us happy (“we just want to see you smile”) that we have experienced. The design process was easy – our designer asked pertinent questions that helped us hone our visions and thoughts into reality. We also hired them to pour a new pad of concrete for the garage and a new pad for our back porch. They adjusted plans quickly and efficiently when an obstacle was encountered (our water line was where the original sonic tube would be) and the plan was updated to build around the line. I would generally not be able to be around to discuss plans so they would discuss work with my wife and we're always respectful to her when going over tasks and updates.
