After another moving company bailed on me the day before my scheduled move, All Service swooped in and saved the day. Rico and Reyes showed up EARLY, upbeat, and ready to tackle the challenge—even with super heavy furniture that usually requires a 4-person crew. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. "The 2 people who actually showed up were professional, although they arrived very late, which I attribute to three poor management. I was quoted 3 guys for 8 hours, and only 2 showed up. They attempted to overcharge me the original quote. Long story short, Tower contracted a local company and did a poor job of handing over the job."

"In spite of numerous negative reviews about Move Quick, Inc., I opted to hire this company for my move from West Virginia to Los Angeles. I spoke to Phillip, the manager/owner, who convinced me that the posted complaints had been resolved and were exaggerations. However, I, too, was subjected to an exaggerated low bid in order to snag my business. I, too, experience problems with the pick up and the delivery dates. The movers were a day late in arriving, then quoted me a 67% increase in price, from $3,100 to $5,200. BUT I was stuck. The company already had my deposit money. Also, I was charged for one flight of stairs and an exaggerated inaccurate measurement of my front door to the truck. I had been told there was no fee for one flight. I had provided exact measurements for the items in my two rooms of furniture. True, I had 51 boxes instead of 40 but that did not warrant such an increase in price, 67% almost $2,000. Delivery was also problematic. I had told Move Quick, Inc. that I would be at my new home 25 days after the pick up, October 30, 2019. That should have been more than enough time for any truck to drive cross country. They made me wait until December 4, 2020, a total of 25 days to drive 2,400 miles. I made the drive solo in 5 days. Communication with the company once they have your money is near to impossible. It took threats and 6 days for Philip to respond. He then provided an insignificant $75 discount. My recommendation: go with a larger company than can provide an accurate estimate and deliver within a reasonable time. Also, use a company that uses the industry standard of moving cost based on the weight of your items. Don’t let Phillip tell you his method of charging based on volume is better. No one else does this, for a reason. Other estimates I had received were in the $3,700 range.I should have Booked Elsewhere!”"

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are the worst. I used them to move and they are negligent, incompetent and unprofessional. They came recommended to me by another moving company that wasn't available on my required dates. I had a large house with nice furniture to move. Their movers are young, untrained and unmotivated. We felt like they were scoping us out for a future late-night visit. When they delivered our furniture, they said things like ??. you have a lot of nice stuff, where did you get it?? and ??you have a lot of boxes with electronics!? Then they proceeded to unwrap all the upholstered living room couches and dining room chairs in the truck and carry them in the house with their dirty hands leaving all with dirty grease handprints that required us too professionally clean. One of the workers unclamped a marble top table from the back of the truck. The table weighed over 400 lbs and proceeded to roll off the truck and land on top of the mover and crack into 3 pieces. "Move went amazing! Movers were punctual, fast and efficient yet careful with all of my items including my Piano! Sales team answered all of my questions and really put me at ease for my stressful move. Made it easy to accommodate changing my dates when my house sale fell through! They were even able to provide packing supplies and storage to hold my items until I was able to move into my new home. Cant thank my movers enough! You guys are the best!"

"First of all, they gave us a 2 hour window (8-10am) and they showed up 40 minutes late. The guys seemed nice enough but smelled bad and it was only 10:40 in the morning. Before the move I requested they take apart my treadmill for the move and put back together once in the apartment. This was not done and they scratched up walls and door jams. They also put a whole in a door. They offered to fix any repairs so long as it is below $75. My experience overall was unpleasant and I will not be using them again."

"Awful Experience!!! I would give them negative stars if I could! Transit Systems is a terrible company with horrible customer service, and they subcontracted with an even worse company called Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery. I paid $1,500 for 'white glove service' to have a dining room table, 3 table leaf extenders, six wooden dining chairs and an antique sewing table moved from Memphis to KC. The guy showed up and stacked the furniture on top of each other in the truck without any packing material (no blankets, not bubble wrap, no cardboard) just wood touching wood. My brother-in-law took pictures, and wouldn't sign the paperwork. The guy got mad, shut the truck door and drove off with my stuff. We called both companies and they said they could not do anything until the stuff arrived. It took 3 weeks for the truck to arrive and they sent an email saying it arrived at a warehouse in Nashville but would not tell me what condition it was in. It was delivered two months later in pieces. All the broken table legs and chair arms and broke table leaf dumped in a box with no padding and the box had all kinds of rips and wholes in it. All of my chairs were scratched up, there was a huge round water mark, where some idiot set a drink on my sewing table. And it is now 4 months later and I can't even get them to return my email or phone messages. I'm having to take legal action. They hire people who are inept of doing their job well and lack integrity. Businesses are run from the top down so that tells you a lot about the kind of people running both companies... ZERO INTEGRITY about doing the right thing for their customers & ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Don't use them. You will not get the service you pay for and have damaged furniture on top of that."
