First of all, they gave us a 2 hour window (8-10am) and they showed up 40 minutes late. The guys seemed nice enough but smelled bad and it was only 10:40 in the morning. Before the move I requested they take apart my treadmill for the move and put back together once in the apartment. This was not done and they scratched up walls and door jams. They also put a whole in a door. They offered to fix any repairs so long as it is below $75. My experience overall was unpleasant and I will not be using them again.

I needed to move several storage units’ contents on very short notice, all of which was arranged very easily on the phone. All the crew spoke English and worked hard and efficiently. All went very well, till it came time to pay. The price was what was quoted on the phone, but the leader told me, unexpectedly, that using a credit card would cost me 5% more. I got out my checkbook, and he said, rather menacingly, that it better clear. We parted in a friendly way, but it gave me the creeps. Not sure I would hire again.

Company was punctual, and provided an accurate written estimate. Furniture was carefully padded, pads taped, and all arrived at destination in great shape. Would hire again - they did excellent work. Please note that they do charge a transaction fee for credit card use and do not take checks.

The move went very well. The movers came on time and were courteous and very professional. They were careful in dis-assembling furniture, packing, and moving all furniture and household items. They moved everything without damage to the items being moved or to the house we were moving into. In addition, the time estimates were spot on. They did an excellent job all around.

Red Lines came through with flying colors!! Owner Ran Shany and his three excellent crew members (Roger, Carlos and Pedro) arrived on time and worked quickly and carefully. They took extra care in removing the large sofa from my basement, without a single scratch on my walls! They even graciously accepted to do an extra stop to pick up an additional furniture donation. In addition to running a first class operation, Mr. Shany is pleasant, efficient, helpful and a real asset to our community! I recommend Red Lines Van Lines with all my heart. They're the real deal!!

Excellent service all around. The move took a long time, and the team worked **** ** the hottest day of the year. I'm very impressed and recommend Ran without reservation.

Awesome, good communication about arrival time. All the guys had great attitudes and spirit. Professionally executed very hopping.

Pick up and storage were ok although was told on pickup they needed cash or there would be a 5 percent penalty which was a surprise.

Delivery was a fiasco despite having been arranged weeks in advance and confirmed several times.  Delivery was scheduled for 8:30 am and arrived at 10:45 am which was totally unacceptable.  We called the owner three times during the course of the morning to no avail. 

We had planned our entire move around the 8:30 am schedule which involved coordination with other parties, additional van rental etc so the day went badly to say the least.

To add insult to injury the crew leader asked my wife to complete an Angie's list in front of him which was inappropriate.

Never again.

Planning with them was very easy and communications were prompt and clear. Could not be more pleased with the experience. These folks are HONEST, Hard working and professional. These guys were AMAZING!! Dee was so helpful and responsive on the phone. I got a call a day ahead to reconfirm the move. They arrived on time. On the move day they packed and wrapped up my mom's antiques with great care., transported and unpacked at the other end of the move. Not a scratch on anything. We could not have had a better experience. The movers were hardworking, kind and helpful. This is an Extremely professional, trustworthy, responsible outfit. Highest recommendation!!!

This was the only company of the three that've contacted that was willing to come to the house to give us an estimate (two other highly rated companies only did estimates on line). Consequently the estimate was considerably less than the other companies. Pick up was smooth but crew was three hours late due to earlier job. By the time they were finished we were hot and tired and subsequently left out a couple of items which we had to transport ourselves. The delivery went much better - arrived on time, very quick and took ample time putting a couple of pieces together. I would recommend them without reservation.

On February 28, 2015, this moving company was scheduled to arrive at my home between 7:30am-8:00. Three men from the company arrived late to my home at approximately 8:30am. It took them approximately 4hrs to complete the loading. I allowed the men to proceed to my new address, ahead of me as I finished up on loading some items into my car as well as checking over the house to make sure everything was secure and all items were removed. I left 45 min to an hour after the movers to proceed to the new address. While en route, I actually passed the movers on the highway and reached my new address 45 minutes before they arrived. 30-min after I reached my new address, I called them to inquire about why it was taking them so long to arrive and the driver stated that they were only 5 minutes away. When they finally arrived, they immediately began unpacking my items off of the truck. This took another 3 hours to complete. After paying for the service, the movers left and I immediately began unpacking. I quickly noticed items were missing. I noticed that a large box that contained an expensive cookware set was missing. This cookware set was purchased as a gift from my mother and was never used. I noticed that one of the boxes that contained my nurses scrubs were also missing. Several boxes of my shoes were missing. A box of DVD's was missing. And more than half of my son's clothes were missing. I called the driver the next day, Sunday, and asked him about these missing items and he stated that he didn't notice anything left in the truck when they left. He also said he would check the truck again and call me back. I never heard back from the driver so I decided to wait until the next business day to call your office to report these missing items to a manager. So I called your office that Monday following my move date and spoke with Dee Ferman and informed her of my missing items. Dee immediately began defending the movers. I told her that the movers stole from me and she repeatedly stated that she knows them personally and that they'd never steal from anyone. I called back again on Tuesday afternoon and spoke with the manager named Ran, who continued defending the movers, stating that they did not steal anything from me and have no reason to do so. I got absolutely nowhere and received no help nor concern about my stolen belongings. To date, I have not uncovered these missing items nor have I received an apology from Ran nor Dee Ferman. In fact, the manager has threatened to sue me for not paying him in full (I deducted money to replace the stolen items). Unbelievable!!! BEWARE!!! THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF!! THEY ARE WOLVES IN SHEEPS CLOTHING!! They come across very professional over the phone to get you to agree to hire, then they steal your property during the transaction. I cannot believe these thieves stole my baby's clothing. The boxes were labeled, so they knew what was in all of them. They took what they wanted without apology or regard. AGAIN, BEWARE!

The movers did a good job. They are fast and professional and they made sure to put my bed and bookcase back together in my new apartment.
