"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. Juan's team were very respectful and efficient. It took them 5 days to remove all the plaster and lath walls September 2013).  They completely filled two dumpsters, one 30 yard and one 15 yard. They started on Tuesday (due to my schedule) and finished on Saturday.  When they left, the house was very clean, I was amazed.

It took me and my other contractors 15 months to get things ready for Juan to return. The installation of the walls was scheduled and delayed three times because I was not ready but Juan was extremely patient and cooperative the entire time.

Finally we were ready and Juan's team started just before Christmas. It was quite a challenge to bring the drywall into the house due to the power lines, trees and the design of the home but Juan's team managed it very professionally. The weather was miserable (drizzling) but they managed it in such a way that nothing really got wet.  They set to work right away and the second floor was nearly completed on the first day. They worked only a half day on Christmas Eve and it took four full days to hang all the drywall in all the nooks a crannies of this big Victorian four bedroom house, even the two arches were restored. The tape and mud man took over and it took him five days working mostly alone to perfect all the joints and corners. I am very pleased with all the work they did.  Juan and his team that varied from 1 to 10 (normally 4) are all very professional.  They are proud of the work they do for obvious reason, they are very good.  The price at first seemed a just a bit high but now that it is done, I think we got a great deal. 

I would recommend J.A. Drywall LLC and Juan Alonzo's team to anyone but particularly if you have a medium to large sized job.  Thanks Juan!
