"ECC installed a new condenser and coil. Tony, who is one of the owners, did the job himself with two assistants. He was very personable, respectful, and thorough in his explanation of the work. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner, the work zone was left in clean condition and the installation itself appears to be very neat and professional. My strong impression is that Tony and his co-owner, Ed, are two highly experienced and professional craftsmen in this business who take pride in their work and I appreciated having the actual owners, not salesmen and crews, developing the proposal and performing the installation. The entire experience, beginning with Lisa at the office, Ed, who developed the proposal, and finally with Tony and his team, was excellent and I will certainly hope to engage them for future HVAC needs."

"Paradigm Home Solutions hit a home run in every respect. Complete waterproofing of a wet 600SF basement with French drains and two new pits with sump pumps. Since then the basement has been completely dry. This was part of a whole house remodel: structural, electric, plumbing, gas, etc. Paradigm stands out as the best contractor we dealt with through this entire project. Bob and Andy answer their phones without fail, their crew showed up on the scheduled days, worked hard (real hard) for 2 days straight in the July heat, and made no shortcuts or excuses. When we had a couple of simple questions a few weeks later Bob picked up the phone immediately. I wish all contractors demonstrated this sort of quality, commitment and communication."

They were curious and knowledgeable. They explained to me all the steps towards getting my central air unit working again. We wanted the existing steps replaced, to add an extra step. This was to decrease the height of the risers making it easier to use our front steps.

We originally received an estimate from G & V in mid-June. We went the summer without hearing much, than toward the end of September we heard that they wanted to start. We corrected some miscommunication and work began. More miscommunication with the wrought iron subcontractor, us, and G & V, but everything got smoothed out.

The biggest complaint is a delay in hearing from them.

The end result is that the new steps and railings look great. We plan to use G & V, and Pete Okonski again.
