"The team did a great job and I would recommend them (I was referred to Gen 3 by a colleague). They were on the higher side of the bids I received however, the two hour pre-consult gave me the confidence that they would do a great job which they did. "Excellent. I can’t say enough great things about this family. Prices are fair and the quality of work is spot on. Jake (Son) came out quickly to diagnose my electrical issues with pillar lamp at the end of my driveway. Explained the different options with prices on how to correct the problem. Came back after I located the break in the conduit and then worked up two more estimates. Jeff (Dad) communicated with me. Emailed the proposals and followed up with my concerns immediately. Jake and Zach (Jeff’s sons) arrived on time and worked all day. The work was professionally done and they cleaned up after. I would 100% use these guys again and recommend them highly. Thanks for a great job."
