He also was super informative and also let me know about the other services that he offers and was even able to give me a couple of rough estimates on other projects that we are interested in having done. He was even able to check a spot on our roof near the chimney that we were concerned about leaking. He was able to recalk it for us while he was up there. "This is the second time I’ve used Advanced for my basement waterproofing needs and they were again fantastic. Work was done well and it was easy to schedule. They are low pressure so if you have a project and just need to get an opinion, reach out to them. Chris is great and very attentive and helpful. Both of my waterproofing jobs still cost less the the initial job from one of the big companies, so I was really pleased with their work and price. They did a nice job cleaning up (but concrete dust gets everywhere so I still have work to do). Highly recommend!!!! I also live in a township with strict permit codes and they knew to check and help with that process (the other company did not)."

"We had our basement waterproofed by Baker's. It's been bone-dry since. We did have one piece of equipment fail within a month of the installation, but it was a third party dehumidifier that was just a dud I guess, no fault of Baker's. I texted the project manager about it on a Sunday. I expected a response the following week. He got back to me within the hour. The equipment was removed and replaced within a couple days. Everything great since. I would highly recommend Baker's, but specifically our project manager Nathan Goddard and the head guy on site Daylan. Can't remember his last name, but he's got a long beard and did a great job. Thanks to both of them and the rest of the guys."

The crew was great, so clean and professional and so knowledgeable. The owner came out also every day to check on my job since I was nervous about having a new foundation put in. He put my mind at ease. The girl on the phone Katie called me every day to go over the process. They really were great all around."

"BUYERS BEWARE! We were excited to sign the contract and really felt that this was the correct choice for a rental we own after reviewing feedback on Google, HOWEVER, we were so WRONG. Salesman assured us that was no difference between paying cash, credit card, money order, etc. To our surprise, credit cards ARE charged an additional 3 percent surcharge. This would have been nice to know after spending over 37,000.00 for a roof. Their response was, well we have no control over what the salesman tells you and there is absolutely nothing they can do about the surcharge. So as the roof was being installed we were told by the supervisor on duty that all the debris would be cleaned up upon completion but that did not happen. In fact our tenants sent us pictures of handfuls of nails, staples and debris that was scattered all over the gravel parking lot that surrounds the front and side of house. Called Bachman's the following day and they sent out a project manager to view the debris, but WE were REQUIRED to be there when he arrived. The project supervisor cleaned up some of the nails, but not all since he only had a tiny magnet and this is a huge parking area. He said the crew that installed the roof is from Trenton, NJ and he would need to send them out in the next few days to clean things up. He said that they use "hundreds of nails when installing a roof and if a hundred drop to the parking area, well that's pretty good", WOW! We were also told by the project supervisor that he was INSTRUCTED NOT TO LEAVE until he had a check in hand for full payment, even though the property is surrounded by debris, nails and staples. We did not have our checkbook on us at the time so he followed us home and waited outside our house until the check was handed to him. After giving him the "post dated" check, we told him to wait three days for the money to transfer to the checking account otherwise our account would be overdrawn WHICH HE AGREED TO. Needless to say, he cashed the check the VERY SAME DAY that it was handed to him, OUCH VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, now we are facing over withdrawal banking fees. The only thing this company cares about is the money (and they need it IMMEDIATELY) even though you are not happy that your property is surrounded by staples, nails and roofing debris. The picture below was collected from only a 3' X 3' area. We are current owners of a family-run business for years and have NEVER and will NEVER treat a customer in this manner. Please take our advise and STAY AWAY. Bachman's is way over-priced and we should have chosen one of the 5 other roofing competitors who were at least 13,000.00 less than Bachman's. LESSON LEARNED THE HARD WAY."
