He did not have the ability or tools to do the job. He told me they would give me an estimate after he spoke with his expert. Then charged me $89.00 for service call. After 2 weeks I called asking for my estimate. Not ready yet. They finally responded 2 days later with an over the phone quote of $4,000! Obviously, Handyside had no ability to do the job or interest in it. Otherwise, I would have received an invoice that spelled out the service in detail. It sounded like they picked a sky high number to make sure they wouldn't have to do the job. $89.00 for this service. No thanks."
