Recently upgraded our HVAC system which was a construction grade system about 22 years old. I contacted Haller Enterprises and received a very thorough and complete quote (Mike M. was my contact). He explained the proposal very thoroughly and and explained why everything was included. My furnace and AC were installed this week (by Kelly and Austin) and everything went smoothly. The installers were very capable and courteous. I would recommend Haller Enterprise to anyone needing help with their HVAC system!

I’ve built and worked with many companies in my life. If any issues ask for Chad from Harrisburg. I was lucky he was sent to me. This man is company material. Very valuable asset to any company he chooses. Something that was small to me was pretty big deal to him. That’s pride in your work. My doors are open any time for Chad. Without a doubt where Chad goes most likely these five stars will follow!

I used to love this company. My dad and I have spent thousands of dollars between our houses with HVAC and plumbing throughout the years, with little issues. Now it's time for me to get a whole new cooling system which came to $4200. The system died in 4 hours. The one call gentleman comes out at 11pm to tell me it can't be fixed that evening and he would call between 10-11am the next day. Meanwhile, we are roasting in the house with an internal temp of 86 degrees and 80% humidity. My children were not happy! Today, no calls for service. I called the service center and no one will pick up. I finally call the service man (since he called me from my cell phone the prior evening). He tells me he has no idea when he's coming today. Wouldn't I take precedent considering they still haven't finished their job? Furthermore, I hired them for another system on an addition in a month for another bill of 5k, which I'll probably try to get out of. I'm a loyal customer and within 2 months is willing to pay over 10k on service and they can't get their crap together. I'm beyond disappointed and hope Haller can rectify this situation. Still without airconditioning and sweaty! 5/31/20- I've had HVAC come to fix the unit 2 more times since my last post. My system still isn't working. A manager has called me and said they will take care of it on Monday. That will make it 3 days since the initial install to get answers to when and where things will get fixed. Again, spent over $4,000 on this project and it's still not completed. Furthermore, a tear was found in the furnace that could lead to a carbon monoxide leak. Apparently, my original installers did not see this issue or overlooked it. So now I need the furnace replaced, too. What a nightmare. 06/03/2020 - Finally Haller has rectified the situation. I've learned through all this there are some competent individuals and some that probably need more training at this company. It's a very large corporation and there are so many layers to navigate. Shout outs to Brian Suchy, Kristie Walter, Vito Rodaligo, and Chad Texter for having my back and getting things done correctly. I have decided to continue with this company on my next big project, but will be requesting a particular installer to avoid headaches. Hopefully they honor the request and things are completed without hiccups.

They have been excellent. I would highly recommend them and I would use them again.

Haller was professional, punctual and easy to do business with. Only did two quotes but were the less expensive of the two. Installer was thorough and clean. We will call them again.

I am very pleased with it. They were good, they were young guys, they knew what they were doing.

I have had great success with them.  I've used them for the last six years.  I think they came when they said they were going to be there.

The cost is the yearly amount. They put the unit in the house and they were familiar with it.

I have used this company for several years for annual maintenance of my air conditioner and have been very satisfied with their work.  Tech is very courteous and professional

They are knowledgeable. When they installed the system there was a slight gas leak but they came back and fixed it. My ac unit did leak coolant and they did find it after two attempts.

I have used them every year now for ten years. They did all of the installation on the house that I bought. The technicians are very knowledgeable and very professional. They check everything. They do comprehension checks that goes beyond their checklist. If they see something, they deal with it.

The installers were professional and more than courteous. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I wasn't home when they arrived. But they waited patiently and were as polite as ever when I finally got there. They were careful and the installation looks great. They removed all the moldy vents, as well. They'll be back in 2 weeks to clean the ducts. I couldn't have been happier with Sam or the installers.

The technician immediately diagnosed the problem - a small part that needed to be replaced. He had one on the truck and within a half hour or so, had it corrected.

responded to boiler not firing. haller came out the day I called and repaired the boiler. They service 2 boilers and a water heater annually. Very prompt and courtious. I highly recommend them
