"A Cut Above many other Contractors! We had needed brick pointing done on our home for a few years. We are also in the middle of a renovation project for our game room and that included the installation of a sliding glass door where a window was. The door install required that a steel lintel be moved up to accommodate the height of the new door. We were very fortunate that we called Michener Chimney and Masonry to come and have a look. They came out in a timely fashion and gave their estimate to us in just a few days. Once we agreed to get the work done, Jim and his team from Michener began the work quickly. They were professional and friendly and did a wonderful job on all of the aspects of the project. Communication with them was easy, clear and accurate. We would highly recommend anyone needing brick or masonry work to use Michener Chimney and Masonry. "If I could give this company a 0 rating I would. This company was contracted to my elderly parents house through AHS warranty September 18 or 19 2024. The technician came out to check the cold water pipe in the shower. My dad was on hospice at the time and they were told it needed fixed ASAP. The technician said a part needed ordered. Once leaving they told AHS the ticket was complete. The cold water pipe trickled out. My mom called over and over and this company would not answer her calls or return her messages. Yet they would answer any time AHS called and would always say they were waiting on a part. It has now been 2 months and we still can not get a hold of this company and they still don’t return calls. They have already been paid through AHS. They have taken advantage of an elderly couple. And my dad had to take showers with hardly any water until he passed away"
