"Will and Rob showed up at the house and the appointed time and started right at it. The old a/c, furnace,duct work, wiring, and gas line were gone in no time. When they started the install, took their time to get everything perfect. Constantly checking for level and plum of all units, ducts, plumbing, and even wiring. Explained what was going on and why they were doing what they were doing. Both Will and Rob very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about HVAC. I worked in the plumbing wholesale for 20 years, so I know a bit about was going on. The new technology is amazing. They installed a 96 percent efficient furnace with a 16 seer a/c unit by Amana. Came with a lifetime warranty on the a/c compressor and furnace heat exchanger, the two main components.
They did an excellent job. All the old units were taken away and site was completely cleaned cleaner than before they started. Will even filled out the rebate form from the electric company for me.

"I recently purchased a very large, old house and had yet to
clean the duct work.  I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for this company and
given the size of my house knew it wouldn't cover everything, but
figured it would be a good start.  I called, left a message, and within a
day or two got a call back and scheduled my appointment, which was to
occur within a three hour time range (between 9-12).  On the given day I
received a call to let me know the technicians had left the shop and
shortly thereafter they arrived.  Jordan and Chuck were very friendly,
personable and professional.  Jordan walked the house with me, took down
information, and provided me with a quote.  I have to be honest, I was
shocked at the cost.  He explained how my home (an old, inefficient
Pittsburgh house) differs from a more modern house in terms of duct work
design, etc.  That's what really kicked up the cost, just a head's up
to  romantic old-house lovers like myself.  He worked with me on cost
and while it still took a big chunk of change out of my wallet, I
believe it was a fair cost given the scope of the work.  Jordan and Chuck
worked diligently for three and a
half hours and explained the work they did on my hvac system.
