They they were very knowledgeable and quick to resolve any issues that arose unexpectedly. They paid great attention to detail didn’t rush through any of the projects and still finished in a timely manner. They both showed up every day on time and they responded to any phone calls or questions in a timely manner. We have hired many contractors over the years and I honestly can say I would not recommend any of them to my friends or family. "Stephen came in and gave us a fair quote and great recommendations as how to approach the finishing of our basement bathroom. We installed a Schluter Shower kit, with full tile throughout the shower (including ceiling). We tiled the bathroom floor, and added a tile accent wall. They also installed some basement windows. The work was done exceptionally well, with great communication from the crew and Stephen. We had a very tight deadline, and Stephen was honest and forthcoming throughout everything. They ended up squeezing us in, and finishing ahead of schedule. Dave (crew lead) was a consummate professional and offered a lot of guidance for decision making while following instructions impeccably well. There were no surprises or change orders and everything came in according to the budget/quote. We will definitely be using Stephen for future projects.
