"Went with Manfredia's again! Ran into a problem with the garage roof an a major leak but Manfreida's came through with flying colors. After I put in my call the owner was out to do the estimate for me the same week an even did a little extra by taking down some mushrooms ( ewwww) that had been lurking where the leak had been particularly bad. In order to save my otherwise perfectly good, very full, garage they were even able to fit me into the schedule the following week to get the roof ripped off, re-decked and water tight before an upcoming storm. What a life saver! The crew that came out was very nice and worked swiftly, over all the job took less then three days to complete. They even replaced a small part on the back of the roof that had rotted and replaced all the trim sections with pvc so the carpenter bees wont be be making any more holes! Everything came out wonderfully I enjoy seeing it every time I pull into the driveway. I love working with Manfredia's and will DEFIANTLY be calling again for my next project. Thanks!!"

"Contacted Juan and he called me right away and came out for an estimate. Gave a great price for replacing the entire ceiling, cut out holes for existing recessed lighting, and replaced the drywall where my skylights had been replaced. The crew was very professional, neat, and the finished product was excellent. Communication for times to perform the work was great and they stuck to the schedule."

Joseph Sullivan is by far one of the best contractors I have ever hired, and I've probably had 50 or more in over 30 years. From start  to  finish, he and his crew were professional, prompt and courteous.  Joe responded immediately to our email inquiry, showed up on time for our initial estimate and was polite and professional throughout the entire process.  My husband works nights and sleeps till noon and Joe and his crew were so quiet we didn't even know they were in the house.  Joe's work ethic is superb, almost impossible to find today!!! Joe's attention to detail is amazing, we could not be happier with his work, absolutely beautiful and perfect!  I wouldn't dream of hiring anyone else and we highly recommend him to everyone we meet!  We now have a walkout basement that we will enjoy and use every day .

"We needed a new lower roof and once the winter weather broke we got put into the schedule and the work was done promptly. Took them only one day to rip off the roof, cut out three bad spots and replace with new plywood. Then re-shingle the roof and re-side one wall. It looks great and best of all no leaks. Everyone was very professional, provided us pictures of the damage they fixed and left the property as clean as they found it. Great experience!

"Montco Fence did a great job. The installers were very professional and did exceptional work. The office staff is terrible, they didn't bother to call when they needed to reschedule due to weather and whenever I called they wouldn't call back. But don't let the lousy office deter you, the installers and quality of the work were well worth the hassle. I had a minor issue with the gates and (once I spoke to the office) the installers returned within 24 hours and fixed the issue."

I'm a recent first time home buyer and appreciated the advice they gave, not just on plumbing but general house maintenance. "The majority of the work was done well. During our time working with the company there was a change in leadership and staffing that slowed progress on the job so that it took them around a month to complete the originally contracted job. However, they were dedicated to only using staff who could complete a quality job. The owners were very responsive by phone, and would frequently come out to check on progress. If we expressed unhappiness about some of the work, they would send someone out to fix the job to the best of their ability. Their painting/plastering work was not especially great, we knew that they could not match the color, however, the patches were sloppy which was surprising given their name. I wish they would have used higher quality materials for the fixtures, but the best of Lowe's is what they used. However, we were allowed to select the fixtures ourselves and they would pick up the item. If we wanted higher quality, we would have had to research, purchase, and pick up the fixtures ourselves and they said that they would install the fixtures. After getting many estimates and working with other contractors, we would use and recommend them in the future, especially if they had settled their staffing/leadership issues."
