He went to his truck for some tools and took care of that root instantly - at no charge - and saved my tree that I did not even know was in trouble. Also, we had an ice storm recently and Andy was able to save my favorite 60' Pine tree. Branches were freezing and dropping to the ground. They did a procedure called "re-balancing" and actually weighted the tree in specific areas until it could take hold - and it is surviving as well. His pricing is spot on as well. Joe came out later Friday to accommodate my schedule and got me an estimate sent out first thing on Monday. I emailed back to see if they could possible get me scheduled quick before the Easter holiday I was hosting and they were amazing at getting me on the books. It was slightly delayed due to weather but they kept me informed all the time. Let me know the sod wasn’t cut in the morning but would call the sod farm to see if they would do an afternoon cut. So the sod was freshly cut and installed bright and early the next morning. The guys came early and filled the street with trucks and heavy equipment to get the job done quick!! It was super impressive. My yard looks absolutely stunning! I wish I had the done the front yard as well but I think that will be next spring project. They were awesome. 10/10."
