It was easy to get access to talk to him unlike other services where you end up having to speak to person after person who are not certified arborists. I would call on him for any future needs."

They did a procedure called "re-balancing" and actually weighted the tree in specific areas until it could take hold - and it is surviving as well. His pricing is spot on as well.
