"Responded quickly and gave a fair estimate for the work that was going to be completed and then we accepted the price and they came the same day completed all of the work that was promised. I then asked if he could do a couple extra items while he was there and he didn’t even hesitate to say yes, no problem., continued to knock out those things in record time and quality. I’m very impressed with Jose and his team and they far exceeded my expectations. There is no doubt that if they continue to do this level of commitment they will rise to the top level of their trade and most likely need to hire more crews. "We had a lot of work completed on our home (read: an expensive job). We had a paver walkway installed. We had some irrigation work (ran downspouts underground to run off points) completed. We expanded gardens that didn't previously have any foundation plantings by adding trees and shrubs, and changed the outdoor lighting. The team was quick to secure and complete the work, but the problem has been the follow up / remediation. The crew chief came out afterwards and noted soil settling where the irrigation work was completed, and that a tree and some shrubs were dying back. He talked about adding soil / seed because the settling was significant (obvious), and replacing plantings (trees / shrubs) that didn't fare well (tree trunk snapped by crew member and has been dying back since). I've contacted the crew chief who made the commitments, particularly since there is a warranty on plantings. Repeated calls and emails have not produced a result. So I strongly recommend avoiding this firm because they do not live to the commitments made."

By 4:30 pm, they had completely transformed our yard beyond recognition – so much so that we couldn't resist taking pictures to share with our relatives. When we had some issues with the older less reliable lighting programing software, Drew upgraded us at the cost of the new hardware and did not charge us a cent for the labor involved. "I had written a poor review after getting unsatisfactory answers about an insect control treatment, which was supposed to have been done with one of my weed control visits , but was not listed as done. Within an hour, Joe B, a manager at Green Lawn, called me to apologize and explain why the treatment may not have been correctly recorded in my records. He was apologetic and kind. The fact that he responded so quickly and was so sincere really impressed me. I also have found the technicians (who do the treatments) to be very friendly too. Therefore I’ve upped my rating and intend to use this company again in 2026."
