They provided all the neccessary documents and information. They educated us and answered all of our questions. They did the work very quickly and efficiently. We decided not to go with them for the service, and I left them a 3 star review because of the cost and lack of explanation. I received a call and spoke personally with Ryan after he found out about my dissatisfaction due to the price and wanted to make it right for us. He explained why it was the initial cost and apologized that there was no explanation. He went ahead and offered the job for a much more affordable price. "The company replied quickly and gave an estimate as requested. We were quoted for 2 new shut offs and 3-5 replacement shut offs. The plumber only brought 5 fittings, but he gave me the option to run to Home Depot to get more... I was also instructed to replace a hose which wasn?t leaking until after the repair, but it was easily fixed when I suggested to connect the new hose to the pipe rather than to the leaking hose. Sharkbite valves were installed. If I knew they were going to be used, I would have done the work myself. The plumber was proficient with the Sharkbites, I just expected that a pro plumbing company would solder. When the plumber left, there were no leaks, and I didn?t feel like making an issue of the other 2 valves which I wanted installed."
