"Edgar has done everything from tearing down and rebuilding brick stoop walls and topping with new cement toppers, repointing brickwork on the main house to repairing a very high chimney on a terra cotta roof. He also followed us to our new home in a different county and did timely repairs and topped our stone chimney and acid washed the stone fireplace inside. He is very professional and polite, does great work at a fair price. "

"Matt and his team with MNB Renovations did a 32 x 24 addition that was basically a home build from the ground up. I am still surprised for the size of this project how stress free the process was. Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! "I will never hire them again or recommend them to anyone. While the quality of the material purchased to do the porch was very good, their attention to detail was quite lacking. There was never any trim put around the base of the porch, the holes were not even filled in properly where the concrete piers were placed. The roof repair, which was supposed to be done, consisted of adding several 90° elbows to each of the roof vents, which did seem to fix the issue, but the $1,000 charge for that is a little excessive. The last little bit was the relocation of an outdoor water faucet, which appears to have been done, at least from the outside, but none of the plumbing was ever done inside to hook up that attachment, so it is nothing more than decorative at this point. I feel like I was excessively overcharged for some of this work and some of the work was never even completed."

"Outstanding job. I thought this job might fall under the "DIY" category, but just to be on the safe side of averting a garage disaster, I decided to let the pro's with experience do this. Turns out that was a great choice. Mike (and a helper) came out to do the job. The equipment involved in doing the job right was way beyond anything a "normal" homeowner could or would get their hands on. Diamond bladed concrete floor grinders alone are not something I typically go out and use on my free weekends. Anyway, it was a two day process that was very professionally carried out, and the finished product is amazing. Very happy with Stronghold floors and I would recommend using them if you thinking of upgrading your floors."

"job was done in a timely manner, however was not done in a professional workman like manner, Which the contract states it would be done. When the estimator came he explained what would be done to eliminate water issue. When we asked how does water get removed outside and how they would undermine stairs and walls he simple stated the installers will go over that with you when they come. The installers said they would be channeling under the step and walls, which are only 2 1/2 inch walls. The last step was also a simple channel as well. More time consuming perhaps, when you charge $3000.00 more than another contractor, homeowners are believing they are getting a professional job! They cut her stair runner instead of peeling it back so it could be glued back down. she needs replace whole runner now and company could care less including there estimator! sheetrock replacement also more expensive because took a hammer to the walls instead of saw zall,nice straight lines! also have photos."
