"Thanks for the feedback. It will be passed along to the entire team."

"Thanks for the review. Our team appreciates it very much."
"Thanks for the review and feedback. Not sure that [member name removed] was informed that the additional employee showing up on day 2 was our PA Operations Manager. He was conducting a quality control inspection of the concrete and MVT primer applied in the basement. He found some of the imperfections were not completely prepped before the MVT primer coat was applied. He and the crew completed the additional prep and applied another coat of moisture vapor barrier. The install time was extended an additional day to ensure proper curing of all coatings applied. Typically, imperfections can be fixed between standard epoxy primer and the bond coat for the chips. But, since a moisture vapor barrier epoxy was used, our Operations Manager did not want to take the chance that additional fixes of dings, spalls and cracks would allow any compromise of the specialty epoxy. We apologize for the job delay and have addressed the communications/training breakdown that occurred with the Day 1 staff regarding the differences in how the MVT specialty primers must be utilized."
Steve the salesman was punctual, professional, and just a nice guy. The kind of guy you wish was your neighbor or friend. There was no pressure whatsoever. He was extremely knowledgeable and had TONS of samples too look at. We decided on the spot to go with Stronghold and were able to set our installation date that very same day.
We had looked at the type of flooring from another company where they use very small river type stones covered with a coating. Although that also looked very nice, it was way more expensive and in the end, I do not think we would have been happy with the feeling of that floor on our feet.
The workers were all professional. Most have been with the company for a very long time (I like to ask all workers that do work for me that question). Such a low turnover says something about the company as well.
Now, all that being said, the real test of a company is how they handle any issues. The actual issue we encountered is immaterial. However how they handled the issue is worth mentioning. First of all, they were extremely apologetic and made it clear they would do whatever it took to make it right (and they did). Zak the Operations Manager could not have been more professional. Treating me with respect. Too many companies, after they have your money, are unresponsive and just don't care. Not only did they make it right, they did so quickly - literally coming the very next day and paying their workers overtime to fix the issue.
The bottom line is, if you are interested in this type of flooring - you have no worries using stronghold floors. You will get a product you absolutely love and a company that stands behind their work.
"Thank you for all the feedback and for choosing Stronghold Floors. If you get a chance, please post a picture of your floor too."
"Thanks for the review. We appreciate all feedback on every stage of the process. Please contact us if you every need a new copy of the warranty or Use/Care instructions, as we can email those to you. We hope you enjoy the garage floor coatings for many years to come."
"Thank you for reviewing us on Angie’s List! Pleased to hear you are enjoying your decorative chip epoxy coatings. Being a local, service-oriented company, I was able to meet with your subcontractor quickly to develop a plan for your spaces. The color variety with our decorative chip coatings allowed me to get a close match to the flooring sample from the company that went out of business. We knew there was a tight timeline for the project so we were able fit your install with a little juggling of the operations schedule. Thank you again for sharing your experience with Stronghold Floors! Regards, Steve G."
"It's unfortunate that these comments do not reflect the fact that we created samples specifically for this prospect. Our sales person did have another meeting (3rd time to show them more samples), which the prospect interpreted for another date and would not meet with our staff. These prospects were never were under contract, nor were operational dates assigned. So, no work was actually cancelled. Our company was able to assist this prospect, but we do need our prospective customers to meet with us, make decisions on colors and system type, before we can proceed further."
"Thank you for your feedback on our team and services. Please enjoy the floor and send us some pictures if you get a chance."
