"Zoom Drain was great !! Everything was explained by Rob on Friday when he came out. Service was provided the day we called due to hearing gurgleing in the kitchen sink when the toilet was flushed. Rob found a blockage in the drain box outside our house which he cleared. On Sunday we found that we were still having some brief water backup into our basement laundry tub when the bathroom toilet was flushed, Kyle came out that afternoon and determined that part of the issue was that the Municipal Sanitary Drain was running slow. Kyle even pulled the Municipal Manhole cover in the street to confirm that the water level was much higher than expected. He spent the time to make sure our drain was as clear as possible and even called our local borough office to inform them that the Municipal drain seemed to have a blockage. We saw a truck on our street this morning and were informed that a large grease plug was found in the municipal drain on the street next to ours. They cleared it on Sunday night and were checking the line upstream from where the plug was to make sure everything was clear. Thank You Kyle. Thank you Zoom Drain Norristown. Highly recommended !!"

"Work was done in a timely manner. Done one day early. My only disappointment was that they cut down some drywall we had just installed with our brand new mini Split system. Other than that the basement looks great and they were reachable when needed."

"Everything was great. Adam was the first one to come out and measure and quote. He was a great guy and very knowledgeable. I picked them before he left my house. The day of the install I was at work. When I got home I could not even tell anyone was there other than the window being put in. They did a great job on the window install it looks great. They also cleaned everything up and fixed my landscaping around where they dug. It is all mulch and you could not even tell anything was done. Overall I could not be happier with them. From when Adam came to the install all around great job and very professional. Thank you"

"All the work was done according to our contract and crew of four men stayed until everything was completed, about 6:30 pm. Installed interior French drains and sump pump. They worked together well and quietly, leaving work areas free of debris and dirt/dust at end of project."
