I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. They prevented me from having a major clean up job. My vent pipe was full of water which could have burst at anytime and caused a major leak into my finished basement. He installed a new mantel as well as building it to suit my specific needs (I wanted a tv over the mantel). He went above and beyond by installing the mounting bracket for the tv and placing conduits behind the stonework for my tv cables. The only negative is that I had to wait several months before he could get to the work, but well with the wait!"
