"The guys that came and did the actual work were very nice and did a great job . The problem was the management from Bill and down to Travis , my basement has a toilet that could not be moved .. well by the floor being jackhammered damaged the toilet it now leaking because of hairline cracks at the base , after contacting Travis and sending pictures to him their response was we will send you $100 and you can buy a new toilet ! When Bill bid the job he made sure to tell me about how they are insured up to 2 million dollars Thst $100 dollars doesnâ t really buy a toilet and then the cost of getting someone to install it will be hundreds more for that reason of them not wanting to take care of what they damaged I would not recommend ABC to anyone they got their money snd could have cared less about my issue !! Poor communication with this company and also the broom swept my basement I sm still trying to clean up the mess and it has been 2 weeks very disappointed ! I guess I should say buyer beware !!"

"I found a leak in a copper pipe coming from my hot water heater on Wednesday night before Thanksgiving. It was very late and I tried to fix patch the leak myself because the next day was Thanksgiving. My efforts were to no avail. Early the next morning I called several plumbers. JRG plumbing was the first to repond and he did so within an hour of my call! (I got one other call late on Thursday to tell me they could not help me). JRG was extremely professional and asked me to text pictures of the leak, which I did. After quickly looking at the pictures, and diagnosed the problem. He told me he could be there within an hour and explained the Holiday rate. He also said the problem could be contained, as it was the heat pump pipe and could be shut off until The following week. I decided to close the valves to the heat pump and we scheduled an appointment for Tuesday morning. At 8:30, which was the appointment time JRG showed up. He replaced the leaky pipe within and hour and was on his was. JRG was a life saver and I highly recommend them!! I will use them for all my plumbing needs. I could not be more pleased with the communications, professionalism and the entire transaction.

One of the employees named Kevin came by to give us an estimate on how much it would cost to put in a new shower in our basement and he arrived when he said he would. The estimate was the most reasonable one we had received--and we contacted several in the local area. After we agreed to the price and sent over the signed form, we received a call promptly to set up a time for the workers to complete the job. Once again, the workers showed up at the mutually agreed upon date and time. They worked hard throughout the day to install the shower. But after they left and after some careful inspection, we noticed an area outside the shower's border that we thought could have been finished a little bit better. So we called the office and they sent out Kevin again to inspect the work. He completed the job to our satisfaction with the second service trip included in the original estimate.
