The JRG team did a great job and were very responsive when setting up the appointment. I plan to use them again for any plumbing projects we have in the future. I highly recommend.

Worked out great, needed plumbing moved down to place new sink and for door to close, as well are replacement of old fixture in tub and shower.

These plumbers were fantastic ! I called, and they came right away in the a.m....I had my water off......they were on time, even a little early....did the work right then and there...they were so polite and professional. They did the work quickly.....the cost for an emergency visit was incredible! I am going to hire them back for more work I need done....I was afraid a small local plumber would be outrageous, but they were so reasonable, and with Angie's discount, it was even better....he even reminded me of the discount.....great people......hire them for sure !!!

JRG was great! We called them in the evening the received a response that same night. My husband and I work and JRG was able to accommodate our schedules. They came by at 3:30 P.M. the next day. They were very professional, looked over the water heater and decided it may need cleaned. After a thorough cleaning, the pilot was turned on and the water heater was once again working.... no need for a replacement at this time! We would definitely call them back for all of our plumbing needs.

I did not end up using JRG due to my own timing and schedule conflicts, but the level of professionalism, prompt reply and follow-up was very much appreciated!

JRG was prompt and professional. They reviewed the washer and realized it only need a quick tightening. They could have found something more expensive wrong, but they are truly honest, focused on customer service and integrity. I am truly grateful and will be calling them for any plumbing work I have to do in the future.

I feel it went very well. Joe came in and gave me an estimate and offered solutions that were cheaper than what I was originally looking to have done. Given how old the current plumbing was, he said replacing the pipe would be cheaper and would last longer since we ran the risk of disturbing older pipes that could lead to more repairs. I'm very happy with the price and quality of service Joe provided. I would definitely use him again.

I found a leak in a copper pipe coming from my hot water heater on Wednesday night before Thanksgiving. It was very late and I tried to fix patch the leak myself because the next day was Thanksgiving. My efforts were to no avail. Early the next morning I called several plumbers. JRG plumbing was the first to repond and he did so within an hour of my call! (I got one other call late on Thursday to tell me they could not help me). JRG was extremely professional and asked me to text pictures of the leak, which I did. After quickly looking at the pictures, and diagnosed the problem. He told me he could be there within an hour and explained the Holiday rate. He also said the problem could be contained, as it was the heat pump pipe and could be shut off until The following week. I decided to close the valves to the heat pump and we scheduled an appointment for Tuesday morning. At 8:30, which was the appointment time JRG showed up. He replaced the leaky pipe within and hour and was on his was. JRG was a life saver and I highly recommend them!! I will use them for all my plumbing needs. I could not be more pleased with the communications, professionalism and the entire transaction.

Joe and I first spoke on the phone but then communicated via text to set up an exact time. Texting is very convenient for me so I liked this. We had a little back and forth before setting on a time but both of us were flexible so it worked out. Joe was very up front about when he could do the work and arrived when he was supposed to. He was friendly, polite, and assessed the issue quickly but thoroughly.  I also had two other questions that I asked him about plumbing issues in the house and both he was able to answer quickly and suggest corrections without wasting any of my time. I haven't had much plumbing work done but from what I've heard from others, the price was extremely reasonable. I will definitely call him back once we decide to fix the pipe in the floor and for any other plumbing issues. I'm happy to have found a reliable plumber since plumbing issues can be a huge pain!

He came when he said he would, fixed the problem and left the area tidy.
