"We were very pleased with Young Brothers Flooring -- they provided us with samples, Bud came out and thoroughly measured (my hubby provided him with detailed drawings as he was a kitchen sales person for 40 years, but Bud still wanted to verify that everything was the way he needed it! ). They worked with us for scheduling around our home being painted and they were very accomodating. We did go to 2 other carpet company's but Young Brothers pricing was the best and yes, we were comparing apples with apples so to speak. Their installers, Joe and Casey, were absolutely awesome. They were polite, professional, helpful, neat, and they even recovered a wooden step, that my hubby made for me to make it easier for me to get in/out of our higher bed, with a piece of the new carpet! The only one small thing that happened, is when one of our doors needed to be removed, one of the pins wasn't able to be found but we weren't overly concerned. We were very pleased, love the carpet, so soft!"
