"I started this job because I had used Molyneaux before with terrific results. Malik Vincent was my Molyneaux consultant this time. He was a great help and I felt he exceeded my expectations. He helped me understand my choices and look pass the inability of Vangura’s (counter) customer service. Unfortunately, Molyneaux’s customer service is not mirrored in their partner Vangura (Kitchen refresh) The floor installation and later a small adjustment was taken care of and my floors look fantastic. Molyneaux gives you quality products, expect to pay a little more but it is worth it for the service and installation. As far as the counter, the Vangura initial measuring/consultation made me uncomfortable and the cost seemed steep. Product is beautiful but there was some miscommunication of the size of the backsplash which caused a lot of problems both financially and time for me later after installation. I even had to contact Vangura about a question by phone after installation and was dismissed. The installers were fantastic, worked very hard to fit my counter and it has made a huge difference. Vangura “might” have the best counters ever, but the costumer service needs to reflect the product. Review for Molyneaux = A. Vangura = D"

"I was in desperate need of repairing my kitchen and powder room hardwood floors. A friend suggested I contact Molyneaux in Cranberry Twp., PA. The sales rep, Megan Baird, was so friendly and professional, as well as very knowledgeable about their products and services. She brought several samples to my home, and together we selected a color that would match my kitchen cabinets perfectly. Within two weeks, my order arrived and was installed. The installers were very professional, wore masks; and they removed their shoes to enter my home. I am more than thrilled with the job they performed. They had both of my rooms completely done within three hours. They even cleaned up before they left. I purchased a wide-plank, laminate, floating floor. It has made my kitchen and powder room look absolutely beautiful. Megan also followed up immediately after the job was completed to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with their work. "Our Molyneaux Design Consultant, Steve Porter (cell 412-860-1928), visited our home in early July using all Covid-19 safety protocols. He brought several “books” of carpet samples for us to review and we did so in the actual room where the carpet was to be installed. Steve was knowledgeable, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. We selected a carpet, it was ordered by Molyneaux, and it was installed along with new padding in August. Molyneaux’s installers were professional and efficient both in moving furniture and installing the padding and carpeting. They removed the old padding and carpeting completely and cleaned up any leftover debris. The entire experience with Molyneaux and Steve Porter was exceptional."
