"Installed bad parts, wanted to charge another job to fix. Plumbing leaking in wall if tub is used. Caulking separated within 48 hours. Popcorn sprayed all over my skylight. Called me a liar multiple times, saying he warned me of bad parts. Not true. Shady company, unwilling to resolve anything they messed up. Pictures and texts will be posted on social media to come. (After ripping me off, he also ruined a neighbors remodel up the Street from me, also overcharged) I was quoted 22$ an hour for him, 15$ an hour for his helper for 40 hours. They both were they together COMBINED working 25 hours for 1700$ labor. That's 68$ each ... Unreal. Good luck"

The last day they showed up was after more than 7 weeks, from October 26th till December 17th. Their work area was left in a constant mess. • Installed shower incorrectly • Took weeks to connect sink correctly • Broke the wall between the bathroom and closet in next room • Why did he tear up bathroom before tile was in, still no bathroom on second floor • • Cracked toilet flange • Filled toilet drain with debris • Poured concrete on floor without replacing pipe • Needed to replace 1.5“bathtub drain with 2” drain • Never measured shower stall and had us buy a stall that was too big for the space • • Used wrong sheet rock on bathroom wall and Installed wall on 22” center, not standard 18” We filed in small claims court and were awarded over $4500."

"I have used Bob twice over the last few years. He has repaired carpet and has restretched carpet for me. He is very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. He definitely knows his craft. To top it off - he’s a very nice man. I definitely recommend him."

"It started out pretty good. But progressively got worse. The lower level cabinets were not level so the people who put in the countertop had to put a lot of shims in to make things work. Fuget’s Contracting workers did not show up on time. They would say 10am and show up close to 3pm. This happened more times than once. They have no respect for people’s time or their own. I stupidly paid them in full what i thought was the next to last day of work, and they never came back to finish the job. Plumbing is faulty and the sink leaks; Dishwasher is not put in properly; part of the back splash, unfinished. Drawer pulls put in upside down. I now have to hire someone else to finish the job."
