"Prior to moving into our house about 10 years ago, the previous owners had used Advanced Basement Solutions to have an internal french drain, sump pump and vapor barrier installed. As it had been about 10 years which is the average life of a sump pump, we decided it was time to have things checked out. Called and lady who answered was very polite, she actually got my information so the lifetime warranty could be transferred over to us and then said we could schedule a "Healthy Basement Check" and said what all that entailed. She said she would have to check scheduling and get back to me. I got a call back the next day and scheduled it for the following week and gave me a 2 hour window of when they would be out. On the day of the appointment, Chris showed up promptly and I showed him downstairs, he looked everything over and we worked to run a test on the pump which had no issues. He did recommend a high water sensor which said I could pick up myself and did recommend a dehumidifier as we did have a bit higher humidity. He answered all of our questions and we even walked around outside as he saw a couple spot inside with a little dampness and gave us some tips and things to keep an eye on. Best part is I was educated on how the pump works and what to do in the event of an issue and had peace of mind knowing that when it does go, the first pump replacement was covered so the money I spent for the checkup was worth it"

"Not enough can be said about the integrity, ethic, and dedication of Leo and his crew. To make a long story short. Talk is cheap and few people actually live up to the hype. We had 6 people come look at the roof before meeting Leo. Five ran away without even a quote. So when Leo said I'll use commercial grade materials with a lifetime ownership warranty, and have it done in three days. In my head I laughed. "Steve was thorough in his discussions about the project. I'm usually pretty detailed about projects and think things through. Steve would bring things up that I hadn't thought of and my wife and I appreciated the time he took. He also considered that there were several options for our design to choose from and he walked us through the pros and cons. For example, the way that lights would be spaced on our wall between windows and doors was not technically even, but looked good given the spacing of those openings. Also, he showed us a couple of options for the size and spacing of slats for our roof vent so we could preview it before it was created.
Steve does not run a big company, so you get really personalized service. He is part of the projects as they happen. This also means that his availability to do projects varies. But, he is proactive about his availability and once he starts a job he and his team are on-site until it's finished.
This was our second or third project with him. At the beginning, he installed a sliding door and a pair of doors with sidelights that open onto our patio. These were installed about five years ago and we love them. In fact, he has done almost all the outside work on our house over the last five years, including unanticipated problem areas. Would highly recommend Steve for a job."

My design specialist was Terra Brubaker in the South Hills showroom. She was extremely helpful with choosing the cabinets and quartz countertops. She spent quite a bit of time with me through the process by answering questions about installation and appliance purchases. Installation went smoothly however there were a few minor things that needed adjusting after install so Terra made sure everything was perfect and sent the installers back to the house.
