Jared reached out to me (phone & text message) to introduce himself and his company on the same day that I put my request through Angi. He visited my home the next day to assess my needs. He took his time to listen to me and was very kind in sharing his knowledge. He provided with a written and detailed estimate of the work and after agreeing to hire his services, he scheduled me within a couple of days. He and his crew showed up on time and completed the project as expected. They were very thorough and they clean up the debris when done. Above all, Jared is very customer oriented. The crew was considerate, fast, and did a great job cleaning up the yard after the tree was cut down.

I had 5 bushes removed that were close to gas and water lines that had to be hand-dug out. They also trimmed the other bushes in the front of the house for a fair price. They showed up on time and were very professional and cleaned up the area and took all the scraps with them. I plan on hiring them later to clean and mulch my backyard.

He texted on the prearranged date to confirm the time of the appointment. Jared was thorough in his assessment of the project while offering suggestions and answering questions related to technique. An estimate was provided in less than 24 hours, detailing the work and the cost for each item. The scheduled start date was important since removing the trees was necessary for the start of another related project. Jared was able to start the job at the beginning of the following week and completed it within the allotted time. He kept me informed of the progress and consulted me whenever indicated. From the perspective of knowledge and technique about the work to be done, cost, schedule and respect for the client's property, JDL Tree Service met all the parameters. I am very satisfied with the services provided. Plan was to take down three trees, including one next to the house power line. For this one the tree top fell on the line and trees nearby so it was a delicate operation to cut it without affecting the house power. Jared was quick to respond to our request for a quote and delivered a competitive price with clear outline about what he would do. The work was scheduled one week later and completed in two work days. No issues were encountered and the three trees were cut neatly.
