We are a small residential roofing company with five employees and two owners who all show up on your job.We do small repairs as well as huge projects. We are certified shingle installers fully insured. Additional DBA - O'Donnell Dean Exteriors.
"I hired ODEX to remove an ice dam and clear a 3’ section of my gutter. This company is very responsive and professional, however the “solution” they provide will only last 4 hours at which point they recommend you pay them to come back out. They cleared the ice dam and drilled a hole in the ice to allow a path for the water to escape, then put some calcium on the ice. When the team left they assured me that the gutter was draining. I left my home for four hours. When I returned the ice sickles were back and the gutter was not draining. I thought maybe the solution needed time to work. To my dismay that is not the case. When I called to inquire if their work was warranted only then was I educated that the “solution” they provide would be worthless if it got cold, rained, snowed, etc. Unless the weather is perfect you would need to pay hundreds of dollars multiple times to solve the problem. My only wish is that they told me this before I trusted the work that they performed would in fact solve the problem I hired them to solve."

"Complete failure at communication. Mike staffs his office with family who are nice but don't really know anything, so if we called and he was busy we had to wait. And wait. We used Mike for our siding in 2003 and he had done home repairs over the years, so we were known customers. He did an estimate for a roof, we accepted, gave him a downpayment and did not hear any update for two months. He did not return calls. When I finally reached him and asked for some urgency, he cancelled the contract that I had waited for months to be completed. Consider this guy a complete no show!"
