"Unfortunately we don’t have any control over the weather. If we, or anyone cleans snow and ice from your roof, it’s only good until it snows again. I don’t know how you could warranty this work. We don’t try to trick or mislead anyone about this job. Usually we clean the snow off the whole roof but The homeowner only wanted us to address a small shady area on a lower roof which I agreed to do for him. I had a crew of 4 men going to Wexford already so when they finished there I had them drive to The homeowners residence in Zelienople. I ask the homeowner if he would be home to instruct the crew on exactly we he wanted done. He said he would be there. When the crew returned to my shop in Scott Twp. I ask them if they talked to the homeowner and they replied yes, and told me they did what he had ask them to do. Summary:1.) I sent 4 men to Zelienople (45min. from my shop) 2.)They did what they were ask to do. 3.)$200 was breaking even for me.( 4 men over an hour + travel) 4.)I told the homeowner we’d clean his whole roof but he didn’t want that. 5.)My foreman spoke with homeowner before they left his house and he was totally satisfied with what my crew did. 6.)This review surprises me because I talked to Mr. [Member Name Removed] Sunday (Yesterday) and explained the process. 7.)The picture below is not what the roof and gutter looked like when we finished. 8.)We even put Calcium chloride on the stoop so nobody would slip and fall on ice that was there before we arrived. 9.)I did nothing but try to help this man. He instructed my crew on What he wanted done and thanked them when they finished. 10.) It’s snowing again today! (My fault?)"
