Wonderful man and very easy to work with as well as being a perfectionist.

This company redid our condo roof last summer. A few nights ago during a storm, a couple of leaks in our ceiling popped up (which we’ll have to get fixed.) Also when they were initially fixing the roof, many owners had water damage as a result of multiple holes in the roof not being covered during a rain shower.

Great job, showed up when they were supposed to, worked around rules/regulations w/county assistance loan. Cleaned up so well, you would never know they were there!

So happy that they responded quickly and completed the work the same day I contacted them because we had more rain that started that next day. 

Provided photos of repairs and  even removed some tree branches that  were touching the roof.Excellent service. very professional.  I would definitely recommend Keith to others requiring roof work.

I was very, very pleased with my interactions with this company.  So unlike other companies and service people I've encountered, this company was helpful and positive from the first phone call to the office.  This was the third company I had called to come out and investigate a possible roof leak, but it was the first experience I've had of a service person talking to me with respect, taking the time to explain things to me until I understood completely and had all my questions answered, walking around the house to discuss and even check out other issues not related to the roof leak and give me helpful but not overbearing or manipulative advice.  This was a breath of fresh air.  After lengthy conversation about our roof, gutters, downspouts, etc,, I felt in no way like this person was trying to make a sale, but rather willing to help me better understand the challenges around our home and our many options for dealing with them.  In the end he offered to clean out our gutters for $50 since they really needed it, and I took him up on what I felt to be a very fair price.  I highly recommend this company!

Install went very well. We could not be more pleased with the results.  Keith and his crew( Jess, Bobby, Val, and Ray) are very professional and personable.  They cleared a path every day for our dogs to be taken out at lunchtime.  Cleaned up yard at the end of each work day. Upon job completion, no one would have ever known any one was at the house, unless you look at the beautiful finished result. I have been referring Keith to everyone I talk to. The work performed is such high quality, I would probably need to move to a different house to have to use Keith's services again.  Keith's wife, Lisa, is a pleasure to talk to on the phone, she never makes you feel that she is in a rush to get off phone, and answers all your questions.  If she doesn't know the answer, she finds out and calls you back.  As for pricing, Keith's estimate was around the other estimates that we obtained, a little higher than some, a little lower than others.  I felt after talking to Keith in person that he is an honest guy. He is very fair and DID a fantastic job.  When you are getting a new roof installed, you don't want it to fail and the contents of the house be ruined, so we went for high quality, we went with Balistrieri Construction.

It went very, very well.  The provider was efficient with the quote and the repairs.  He was able to fit us in between some larger jobs he had scheduled.  Ours was a small job and he had it done within a few days after quoting.  Very prompt, very professional.  Roof looks great.  Can't say enough good things about Keith and company.  Left our house with a repaired roof and cleaned up completely.

ervice was very good. owner was friendly and explained what could be done, and mentioned additional costs for additional work. With additional work, price was reasonably within estimate. I'm very satisfied with the work, and would use Balistrieri Construction again.

Keith got back to me within 30 minutes from my initial email. He went out to look at the roof the same day and had emailed me pictures and called back within a few hours. The leak could not be located from the outside so we scheduled a time in the morning that he could come out and take a look in the attic. Keith and his son Jess showed up on time and were even nice enough to take off their shoes at the door. Within 15 minutes they had assessed the situation and given me a verbal estimate and even encouraged me to get other bids as they had marked the location where the water was coming in. I had a written estimate in the mail several days later. I checked my email that Friday evening when I got home and there was a note from Keith letting me know that they had come out and taken care of the leak. I didn't even know they had been there. It was immaculate. No debris was left behind. It was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. A new homeowner couldn't ask for more!

I called for an estimate, and Keith contacted us promptly.  He came to take a look at our house quickly, and arrived when he said he would be there.  We received the estimate via email in 2 business days.  I should add that he told us that the bulk of the work really didn't need to be done now, but we chose to get it out of the way.   I appreciate his honesty.  
The work was completed within 2 weeks of when we signed the contract.  The crew showed up when they said, did what needed to be done, did it well, and cleaned up afterwards.   I really can't ask for anything more from a contractor.  I am very pleased.

Keith responded in a most timely manner to patch the roof, and then said he would return when the snow cleared, to re assess the roof. He did, and did not think it needed total replacement, but again, patched the areas he found that would leak, took pictures, and I was charged < $400. He is a kind man, consummate professional, neat (always takes his shoes off), and fair.

I called them and they came right out. When he came out the first thing he did was shake my hand and give me one of my cards. When he came into my home he took off his shoes. He looked at the leaks and offered me two options. Either he could do the job by himself while he was here, which would be cheaper and would fix the problem with the leak. Or he could come back with a small crew and they could go over the whole roof and make sure that there was not other damage, but he didn't think that was necessary. I was very impressed with his work. I have not had any problems since he came out. He was very polite and professional.
