As far as I know the work is excellent. They came when they said. They explained everything every step of the way. The clean up afterwards was great. I had a roof put on by them before. It was a ten-year warranty on a flat roof, and it lasted about twenty-five years.

He was the only one that came to give me an estimate and whatever he said he was going to do he did it. He had great follow up. He was also very professional.

We found William Fong Roofing through Angies list. We called left a message for him and he returned our call promptly (Within an hour). He met with us a few days later to look at the roof. After inspecting our roof, he went over the work that would be needed and the process he and his crew would use to tear off the old roof, reflash around the chimney and the area where the roof meets the upper level and install a new one. He is very knowledgable about roofing and the proper way to install one. After explaining the work that would be done, he dropped off samples for us to select a color and he put together a proposal to do the work. He and his crew were able to do the work when the weather was good and the temperature was warm enough. The crew he has works hard and after each day, they cleaned up the site.

Based on recommendations of neighbors - and a co-worker, who is Bill's neighbor -- and supported by feedback on Angie's List, I called Bill Fong and asked for an estimate to replace our 20+ year old roof. He promptly returned our call and came by the house within the next couple of days. His estimate was reasonable and we agreed to the services, which included replacement of the shingles and installation of ice guard. After the winter we had last year in Western Pa, we wanted to be sure to have extra protection. Bill showed up within a couple of weeks and began work. His crew of workers were all polite and hard workers. During the job, Bill identified a few defects that he was able to repair. He was honest and a hard worker. The crew did a great job cleaning up after the job. I would recommend his services to anyone in the Greensburg area who is looking for a quality roofing job.

He was very prompt and came out the same day to do an estimate. He also came back when he said he would to do the repairs. The quality of work was excellent. I recommended him to one of neighbors who used his services too.

I found them on the list and they are a very honest company. He told me what needed done and didn't go overboard with doing things that didn't need done. I like their integrity.

Bill was great. We waited a bit for or ''turn'' but it was well worth it. Came promptly with his crew each day, did their work and left about 2:30. Yard was debris free at all times. Bill is very knowledgable, and his price was the most reasonable and practical for what we needed done. We had 3 other roofers quote this job, and Bill came out on top. We have 2 other jobs that Bill will be handling on our roof as budget permits, and we would have no problem reccommending him to another person. When we went to look at shingles, the sales agent said that Bill was one of the few she would allow to redo her roof, and she knows them all!!
