I left 2 telephone messages and an e-mail threw their website.  No response at all was received.

I left a voice message and no one ever called back!

We had some storm damage to our roof. Even though it was not an emergency, they were very quick to come out and give an estimate for the work. They also were accommodating enough to come back and talk to our insurance adjuster when we requested. It is going very well and looks great. They have been very good at cleaning up after themselves. I will not hesitate to call them again.

After two calls and a voice mail without any response, we're giving up. We requested a quote for a metal roof on our two-story, three-car garage and minor repair on our house roof. The first time I called, I left a voice mail explaining the project. There was no response. Since then, we've made two calls, both times talking to Dexter who assured us that someone would call back. We said that our schedule is flexible and any time that worked for us. . I understand that they may be busy, but there were two opportunities to tell us so. At this point, the need not bother.

Mr. Boots and sons provided an estimate in a timely manner and responded to all inquiries regarding our roof replacement.  The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up the job site daily.  The job was completed in the agreed upon time frame.  We are very pleased with our new roof and would highly recommend Mr. Boots and his crew, they are professional and do excellent work.

We first called them for an estimate based.  They came to our home the next day (Wednesday) and submitted their bid, provided us product information and color choices.  We were told that they could squeeze our job in next week before another larger project was to be started in 2 weeks.  So we had to make our decision if we wanted them and notify them on Friday.  We phoned them back the next day they were awarded the job, our color choice on their voice-mail, which was supposed to start the next week and take 3 or 4 days and they would call us the day before they started the job.  The next following week, we did not hear anything and called on Thursday to find out when they were going to do our roof.  The message also was on the voice-mail.  The following Monday they arrived at 7AM to begin the roof.  Thankfully, my husband was off from work.  I arrived home from work around 6PM and the roof was the wrong color. (they had about 1/4 of the roof done).  They were notified of the wrong color on Tuesday and on Wednesday they started to tear off the new shingles and replace them with the correct color.  The roof was done on Friday.  About 3 weeks later we received a phone call asking if we mailed in a check yet for the roof.  We said we had not received a bill/statement or communication.  We mailed in a check for the amount on the estimate as requested.  No one called to see if we were satisfied with the job, if we liked the work, if there was anything else they could do.  Nothing, only a phone call asking for the check.  Is customer service dead?  Should you not talk to the homeowners to see if they like your work, have questions, provide information on how you are supposed to pay them, anything?

Pretty much as stated above.

Paul Boots & Sons Heating & Roofing gave me an estimate the day after I called them. They were very prompt and they sent me a written estimate. I was really pleased with what they did. They were very good and I followed up with them with a couple of questions and he called me back right away with the answers. I didn't wind up using him because I went with a lower estimate, but he was very good. I was really pleased with him. 

Paul and his team did a GREAT job.  The roof and gutters look great.  They helped me work through some ventilation issues during the installation.  They also did a FANTASTIC job cleaning up after themselves.

Paul Boots and Sons has a local reputation for being the best roofers, especially on tougher jobs and they certainly lived up to it. I really appreciated how when you call in you talk to someone very knowledgeable of their industry and make you feel very comfortable and confident in their abilities from the first conversation on. The owner and his son came out to measure our roof and bring us color samples and brochures of different shingles we could use. We received the estimate in the mail two days later and we accepted it immediately. Their price was not the lowest but it was not at all outlandish falling in the middle of our bids, but from all the recommendations from friends and family we saw the value in their work. They came out a couple days later than planned but that was due to rainy weather so there is no fault there. The crew of workers was very courteous, and the most impressive part to me was the detail of how they worked, everything had to be perfect not only on the roof but the ground completely cleaned before they left each evening also. I am extremely satisfied with Paul Boots and Sons' work and will recommend  them to anyone. 

Our neighbor who had their roof done by Boots & Sons Heating & Roofing recommended them.  They were definitely very professional which stood out the most to me.  They even had their name on their trucks.  Some of the roofing companies I know have two people and take two weeks to put in a new roof but Boots & Sons Heating & Roofing had a large crew so they finished the job quickly.  They do good quality work.  It was a job very well done.  They took the extra effort to do a good job.  There were some minor repairs that we needed done after they examined the roof; they took care of that too.  They were very thorough.  They were not the cheapest, that is for sure, but I got what I paid for.  They are not overpriced considering their quality.  They are more expensive than other roofers are but one gets what one pays for.  They were not that much higher than some of the other quotes we got.  It was a bit higher but not outrageously higher but what they were able to do was lot better.  So for me their price was excellent and the quality of work was good.  They did our neighbor’s house about five or six months before they did ours.  Therefore, we were able to see how their houses looked like and they all looked very professional.  They were excellent with responsiveness.  They did start a little late but in this business, they have to depend on the weather.  They started a few days later than agreed but I would not hold it against them; it goes in the business.
