"From the beginning talking with Chris to the end the process was amazing. Carlos Frank and Brenden arrived on time, removed and cleaned the all the registers, and of course the air ducts. A problem arose that was not caused by them, but the AC had an issue and they stayed as long as it took to resolve it. Paul was a huge help during this and even followed up in the evening. Phone calls were returned promptly, questions answered without hesitation and problems resolved! I haven't seen this from any company in ages."

Every time when he asked for the pay the owner Jason always comes up with BS excuses like “we had to send someone to repair the job you did” or “the floor is defective and we are waiting for the refund from the manufacturer in order to pay you”. My husband is fully insured, any real and non made up repairing needs or damages would be covered by the insurance. The owner is going out of his way to make a honest hard working person’s life difficult because he feels that he is entitled to not pay someone for their work just because they left to work for another company. Potential customers or contractors who might be interested in working with this company - please stay away from these dishonest, petty, unethical thieves. We will be seeing them in court and hopefully this review can help some of you avoid being scammed by them."

"BEWARE OF THIS SLIMY BUSINESS! Some words of advice before you use this business for your home. Get a written estimate and measure your rooms. They claim they charge by the square foot so they add in a substantial amount of square feet and overcharge you. Next check your bill carefully! They will add additional services that they are not authorized to do and then charge you for it. They did scotchguarding on our carpet but never asked either myself or my husband if we wanted it and then they charge for it. The carpets come out hard from whatever product it is that they use. After being vacuumed many times the carpet is still hard. Do your homework so that you don’t get ripped off as I did. Customer service is totally unresponsive and not interested in customer satisfaction . So the main advice I would give you is to use a different business to clean your carpeting. We have had much success with Chem Dri of Mars and I would suggest you give them a call first."
