Tim and his assistant were top notch. Tim is a straight shooter and his work is exceptional. Stains that I never thought would be removed vanished. He provided tips to keep carpet clean and what to use if we had stains. Tim's prices are competitive and simple, but beware of $99 deals that bait and switch.

I think they are reasonable in price and they give you the total cost before they start. They are pleasant. They use a van mounted steam cleaning system and they work until your carpet is clean. They clean residentially and commercially too.

I made the appointment with Tim for my yearly cleaning. He came when he said he would accommodating my schedule, and did a terrific job. I have used Tim for several years now, and I am always pleased with his work. He takes his time, goes over areas that need extra care, and is very careful with my belongings. Tim always does little extra things like cleaning throw rugs at no extra charge. Tim is very professional and does excellent work.

Great. They moved all the furniture and replaced it in the correct spots. I didn't have to move any small objects on dressers, lamps, etc. Other companies require the home owner to remove the breakables. So nice not to have to deal with that mess.

TIM LOWE WAS A PLEASURE TO HAVE WORK IN OUR HOME. HE AND HIS HELPER WERE POLITE AND EFFICIENT. WHEN I CALLED HIM BACK ABOUT SOME RECURRING STAINS, HE QUICKLY CAME BACK TO THE HOUSE AND TREATED THE CARPETS AGAIN, WITHOUT CHARGE.

TIM IS VERY GOOD. HE IS PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT, CLEAN, AND CHARGES A VERY FAIR PRICE. HE DOESN'T USE HARSH OR SMELLY CHEMICALS AND THE CARPETING DRIED VERY QUICKLY.
