Tim showed up on time and did an AMAZING job. Our basement and the stairs leading to the basement were filthy. They have never been cleaned in 20 years. I read the reviews on Angie's List out this company and decided to give them a try. By the time Tim was done, our carpets looked almost new. I did take before and after photos that I will post if there is an option to do so. I would definitely hire this company again and would recommend them to my friends and family. They do a great job, they are hard working and they are very honest!

This was the 3rd time we have used Shamrock. They previously have done excellent work and this latest job was no exception. They were very good about working around our schedule. Tim came to our house and in 45 minutes had completed a very good cleaning of our twin recliner couch. The stains on one end of the couch were pretty significant, but they did not stand up to Tim's excellent work. We have used his services in the past and would again any time.

Tim was great. Owner that knows hard work. No young kid sent out. The owner with 25 years of experience. Pointed out stains and Tim got them out. Very thorough and took his time. He even vacuumed all areas and asked where all stains were before starting. Very reasonable costs especially for the quality job he did. No brainer to pick this guy!

This is the best carpet cleaning service I have ever experienced. The company returned my call within 15 minutes after reaching out. The representative listened to my need of carpet cleaning and stretching, provided a reasonable quote over the phone and set up a service date. He accommodated my need for an afternoon appointment. I received an accurate email confirmation the same evening. The service provider arrived within the agreed upon time on the date of service. I removed the small furniture (chairs, lamps, and end tables) but left the entertainment center, buffet table, sectional sofa bed, 2 large chairs, a dining room table and a large coffee table in place. The service provider stretched the carpet, thoroughly spot cleaned (and there were many stubborn spots) and followed up with a deep cleaning of all the carpet. He moved all furniture except the buffet table and entertainment center to complete the job. The living room, dining room and hallway carpet looked new after the cleaning. I asked for the addition of a Scotch Guard Protection application at the time of cleaning and received it. The entire experience was positive. It has been 8 days since the carpet was cleaned and the spots have not reappeared. I highly recommend this service provider.

My basement carpet and stairs were so badly stained that I doubted they could even be cleaned. The stains were from the prior owner and I had no idea how long they had been there. Tim was able to get all the stains out. The carpet is old but it's stain free! I am so pleased with Tim's work. Tim is punctual and professional. He completed the job in a timely manner. I highly recommend him.
