The price and warranty were competitive with high end brands. The crew was courteous and professional during the two day install. They were the only company that included replacement of the coolant lines, rather than just flushing the old ones. So far the Daikin variable speed AC units are exceptionally quiet and the house is very comfortable. Would recommend Ace Home Services and Unique Comfort without reservation."

So I am turning to the almighty review as my only recourse. We hired Harris to install a new hot water heater and expansion tank. The estimate process was great and I was talked into a "Happy Home Membership". I was told it was $100 a year, but when I received the invoice, it was $119. Okay, not a big deal. But I did have to ask twice for the invoice. On the morning of installation day, I took our dog to day camp early and rushed home. Start time was 9am. No one arrived or called. At 10am I called the main number. I was told it appeared our tech was "just getting his day started". Really??? I was put through to dispatch for an ETA. No one answered. By 11am, with still no word from anyone, I called again. I was told our tech had called out a short time ago. At this point I was angry and frustrated and"

He was fired after having not shown up for 2 straight days and is attempting to keep over half of the down payment even though nothing was completed. He left wires hanging out of walls as well as left a toilet sitting on a bedroom floor. He was never punctual, his communication is lacking, and he has difficulty keeping his responsibilities straight."
