They they were very knowledgeable and quick to resolve any issues that arose unexpectedly. They paid great attention to detail didn’t rush through any of the projects and still finished in a timely manner. They both showed up every day on time and they responded to any phone calls or questions in a timely manner. We have hired many contractors over the years and I honestly can say I would not recommend any of them to my friends or family. However, in this case I would be very happy to recommend both Mitch and Bob to any of my friends or family. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! "I have had some credit issues in the past whic caused me to be turned down by other mortgage lenders. I contacted Mark after reading some reviews on angie's list just to see if there was any thing that he might be able to do that was better than the typical lenders. He was very positive from the beginning, but also very realistic and upfront. He was able to get me a good rate, much better than i was expecting with good closing costs and through FHA. There were difficulties along the way with the FHA and my insurance company wich made for some bumps in the road. But Mark and Judy were right there and worked through it making adjustments as necessary and keeping me up to date on the process. I would recommend them to others anytime. It took a while to get to closing, but we got there and with a good rate and a relatively smooth process. Many thanks to Mark and Judy, not every broker would put this much time into a relatively small mortgage.
