We were a little nervous because of other home improvements we had done by another contractor but we are so happy and beyond satisfied with their work and pricing . If I could give the owner, Mark McGroarty, an A++ I would. From concept through completion Mark was expert in guiding us through the process. The total process lasted 27 business days (37 calendar days). The fact that we made decisions and stuck to them with very little variation and no rework definitely helped to keep us on track. And Mark was good enough to install a work sink on day 3 so we had everything we needed to keep us going without too major of a disruption (though it was a lot of microwave meals for sure!). Mark and his subcontractors were reliable (on time or early every day), tidy (cleaned up and put everything away every day), and extremely professional (responded in a timely manner to our requests and questions). He only works one job at a time so we were his only focus. The subcontractors he worked with for cabinetry, floor finishing, electric, and painting were people he has used for a long time and he demonstrated strong working relationships with them. He demands an equal amount professionalism and care of them as he does of himself. Our cabinet selection and kitchen layout process was easy thanks to the designers he uses. We were able to get 3D CAD art to aid in our cabinet and furniture selections. The designer was great to work with and cabinetry finished right on time for install. It arrived perfectly and the few flaws we noticed were corrected immediately by either Mark or the cabinet maker. I LOVE our new cabinets! The cabinet designer was responsive to our needs and flexible with his designs. Mark assisted us with selection of flooring and color, and installed the floor himself. Mark was a delight to work with and produces extremely high quality construction. We can't wait to use him again for some additional home renovations we'll be undertaking in the next few years.

Working with Mark was a pleasure.We picked the tile and Mark did the rest.His ideas for the tile layout and the placement of the accent pieces worked really well.
Mark did far more work than he needed to.  We purchased 12" square marble tiles for the walls and he cut quite a few them to make the pattern more interesting.
