"Mr and Mrs McConnell exceeded all expectations. They were infinitely patient while my spouse and I made the many decisions involved. They went above and beyond by replacing one window’s blinds without charge when our only complaint was that the color first installed didn’t work as well as we thought it would. Their advice was always helpful and I in particular noticed they didn’t try to up-sell us. Instead, they recommended the products that best met our needs regardless of price. The blinds - the product purchased - are lovely and, after 4 or 5 months are operating and holding up perfectly. We will enthusiastically contact this company for future window treatment needs."
