I field managed construction projects for forty years, and worked with many plumbing sub-contractors. I would certainly entertain bids from this company. They prices are fair, and they perform as expected. My experience with them was positive from start to finish.

Elvin Schrock & Sons is honest, reliable and their prices are good. They show up when they say they will and do what you ask them to. Highly recommend.

Very professional and personable. They are very busy and hard to get to respond to problems, but overall I highly recommend them.

They are excellent, but I don’t think they are taking in new customers. They are great. They have only been to our house once but my neighbors use them too. It’s a family business; so anyone who comes into your house is representing their father. They are very conscientious and if they can’t come, they’ll tell you that they can’t come. They don’t promise that they are going to be there and then they don’t come. When they do come, they’ll tell you exactly what’s wrong and it can be something very small. They don’t take advantage. I think, as a woman alone, I am very conscious about contractors because they all take advantage of me. This is why I mentioned this aspect to others, because it is important that they are honest with me. They came within a reasonable amount of time, but they were very busy. They didn’t promise me that they were going to be there right away; they said that they’ll get to me when they can, which was shorter than I thought. When the technician came, he was very thorough and he could have taken me for an arm and a leg for one of the problems, but he didn’t.

They were wonderful. They were by FAR the cheapest of the three estimates we received. In fact, price was half of our highest estimate. My only complaint, which is minor, is that it took a while to get them to come back for the second phase of their project. They were very busy.

I was able to get someone to come and fix the problem the same day as I called. The service individual was completely professional, and fixed an additional situation that was the original cause of the leak. I was completely satisfied and pleased with the work done, as I have been for work done by this company previously. They are the plumbers that I rely on for my plumbing work.

You will not find another plumber in this part of DE who will do what they did for $254.35. If you do, please let me know.
