The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "Great company to deal with. The sales manager Rob came to my house and went through a 15 page explanation of what was to be done. I even had him to come back to answer some questions before I signed the contract. There was to be no added costs without my approval. He was professional and to the point. No pressure tactics. They weren't the cheapest nor the most expensive of the 3 bids I got. Great warranty, 50 Year shingles and the price was more than fair. There was NO money up front. I paid the next day when a Supervisor went over the job with me. I even went up on the roof to inspect myself with him. The crew showed up on time. They were professional and proficient. I had an easy roof. 8 man crew in and out in 5 hours. They cleaned up when done. Couldn't even tell they were there. I'm completely satisfied and would definitely hire again."
