"Davis Construction and Mechanical were absolutely fantastic to work with. I simply cannot say enough good things about them. They are a no-nonsense father-son team who don't sub-contract. When you hire them--they do the work. When I solicit estimates, I typically get at least 5 quotes. A couple other companies (not naming names) had very fancy presentations--but offered estimates at more than double of Davis Construction and Mechanical's quote. The Davis' walked through our home while we talked about our vision. They, in turn, gave us a concrete vision of what they can accomplish within our budget. During the project, we changed our minds multiple times, varied on what we wanted. The Davis' were extremely patient and understanding and ultimately exceeded our expectations. Our budget grew because of add-ons we asked them to do. They stuck true to form on the additional projects and delivered results above expectations. I am a fiscal hawk (I work with money and budgets for a living) and felt comfortable talking dollars and budgets with them at all times. I usually move forward on projects with a strong poker face...but with Davis Construction and Mechanical, I could relax knowing I was getting maximum bang for the buck. In addition to some other projects, we completely remolded an unfinished, uninsulated attic adding 850 SF of living space with 2 large bedrooms and a full bathroom. Before it was even done, we had multiple neighbors asking for their phone number. We will use them again in the future. A recommendation from me is hard to earn--but I give Davis Construction and Mechanical my strongest recommendation for any home project whether big or small."

We have had at least three direct hits since they were originally installed in 2013. My roofer called William who was very helpful. William offered to come out an make sure everything was 100% after re-installation. He came the day after I called and I'm glad he did. While the reinstall was the best he had seen (his words) there were issues after 5 year and 3 strikes that needed addressed. Mike came out a day or two after phone call and looked over my job and listened to my needs and wants. Did I say he listened? Yep, a contractor that listened to the customer! Then I was in contact with Dalton to schedule the work but due to the people who sell the lights not understanding the product Mike had to go on a scavenger hunt. The light people were telling Mike that they don't make lights that do what my old ones did. The light people were wrong. Mike and I figured out that what I was wanting was an override from sensor to dusk to dawn. Even still, it didn't take long between first contact to install. It was great to work with Mike and Dalton. Mike explained things he was doing the install and his history and experience made me very comfortable. The job looks great and tests went well. I will use them again for other electrical projects as I don't do electric. I feel comfortable now since a certified electrician did the work. Great people, great service, and very, very pleased. They are now my go-to guys for anything else electric. Can't go wrong with these guys!"
