We wanted to build 2 stories on top of an already existing foundation that only had a roof on it. We had a hard time finding someone to do it but Brian had no hesitation. He drew up a floor plan and we loved it. His crew built the new frame for our house, did the siding, doors, windows, decks, gutters, hvac. My husband and I are going to do the interior part of the house. If we had any issues we could easily text Brian and he would resolve them quickly. If we had any last minute changes, he would work with us. Very personable and professional. If we ever needed anything else done I would use them again and I would recommend to anyone needing a remodel. The handyman came to my house at 12:45. He looked at the jobs that were to be completed and said that he could only finish one of them and asked which of the three I would like him to do. He went out to buy materials and returned back to my house sometime around 3:00. He never even fully finished one of the jobs. He left my house at 5:30 and I was charged over $1000. I was also charged for a gallon of paint that he never even used because the job was never completed. I asked if someone would be calling to schedule the work to be finished. He assured me that someone would be calling. No one ever called or returned."
