It was Providence as 10 days later a water line in front of my house burst sending thousands of gallons of water cascading toward my house and against the walls of the basement that were waterproofed. The internal french drain and sump pump performed as described by H&R and my basement stayed dry as a bone. We would definitely recommend this business. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."
