"Signed a contract back on April 2, 2025. They were supposed to be out on Wednesday, May 21. They called me two hours before they were supposed to be here to cancel because of the chance of rain. We had zero rain here from 7:45 AM all the way to 3:30 PM. I wasted a vacation day as well. Contacted my salesman. He tells me he will get back to me. Here we are two days later and still no idea when the appointment is supposed to happen. Communication is poor at best. Amazing that a company that's been in business this long plays games like this."

Portion of email sent to owner on 10/23/25 follows- "I am relieved that our difficulties with your company occurred after the completion of our driveway paving project on 8/20/25. Your crew did an outstanding job and we continue to praise them and their fine work. Sadly, it is the failure of your company to honor the promises that Joe made on 8/21/25, 8/22/25, 10/2/25 & 10/17/25 to send us a $100 check for work not completed and email or mail us a copy of our final bill that has caused us to reconsider our high praise. I'm glad that business is going so well for your company that you can operate with a business model that does not put a premium on customer satisfaction. After I sent my down payment and they put me on their schedule, Shannon their office manager contacted me every Friday to keep me updated that they were still coming on that date. Jeff their engineer, came to my house a week before work was to start to go over the work to be performed and answer my questions. Their work crew was very friendly and professional. "The salesperson David was very honest and had no interest in upselling. He strongly advised against any interior drains for my basement, and he instead recommended an exterior drain called HydroBlox for my backyard. The estimate for the HydroBlox was $3,400. The installation occurred a few weeks later. Three employees used a machine to dig a trench in my backyard, and then because of utility lines, they hand-dug another trench in my side yard. They installed the pieces of HydroBlox and covered them with dirt. I expect the HydroBlox to properly drain the water from my yard, but if they do not, then I will update my review in the future."
