"Someone from Planet Roof came to my parents' house to give them an estimate for a roof (shingle) replacement (1,900 sf). After spending over an hour looking around, the gentleman gave my dad an estimate for $37,000! After my dad declined, he then dropped his estimate 2 more times and said the lowest he can go is $14,000. When my dad asked why he didn't start that low, he replied "well some people will pay the $37,000". He also went on to tell my dad how this was an investment, and he wouldn't get anything lower (keep in mind my dad is a disabled senior on a fixed income). When my dad told him he already received a quote from another company for $8,500 - he was followed by questions of who was that cheap and asked why my dad would even have him come out (when every company should know that most people would/should get multiple estimates). Do NOT recommend this company!"

"Home Genius did an amazing job on my roof. Beginning with Nicolas helping pick out the colors. The project manager Jason keeping me informed along the way. Along with Eric being very detailed on what was going on and what to expect. The guys cleaned up after themselves and Jason and Eric came back for a final sweep! Amazing work and awesome team. Highly recommend. I will be putting the word out! I mean I have the best roof in the area. It definitely is going to be noticed! I love it!! Thanks guys!"

Our roof had been damaged by wind and hail, and Ian James helped us to navigate the entire process from filing the insurance claim to the completed project. Ian was informative, helpful, kind, and ensured that the job was completed in a timely manner. The project, manager, Danny, even came back after the job was done and tacked a piece of siding that was loose. It was no where near the roof and was not part of the original project. He just offered to fix it because it needed done. That is customer service! The job was completed in an efficient manner, and the clean up was excellent as well. They even worked extra hard to not damage our trees, shrubs, and many flowers!"

"I worked with Sal Izzo on my roof project after having wind damage during the March storms. Sal was right out to inspect the damage and worked with me on getting my roof tarped and waterproof before additional damage could be done. The crew who came and replaced the roof were fast and experienced in their craft and completed the work in 1 day. When completed you could not tell they were even there other than the new roof that was installed. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Sal and Shell Restoration and plan on having them return to replace windows in my home."

"A few months ago, I was scrolling here on Angi’s list looking for a reputable company to redo our siding and gutters. New Look was 1 out of roughly 6 companies that we had visit and give us a quote. From the initial scheduling with Celeste, to designing with Zack and Josh - I felt that they truly cared for both our time and our home instead of treating us like just another project. When other companies were suggesting over the top upgrades, Zack and Josh were the only ones to actually hear my ideas out and give me personalized feedback. The crew paid great attention to detail and even worked into the evening one of the days to prepare for an overnight storm. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get work done on their house!"

"I will start off with the initial dealing with MHI Roofing in Bethel Park PA. Our Condo Community had all the roofs on 6 buildings of total 39 units re shingled in June of 2024 to the tune of nearly $140,000. They were fast and efficient. However, a few weeks down the road we had some issues with items that should have been done as requested. Called the Site Supervisor, Cam Kinnee, submitted the service request, and it took over a month to get this service done and completed. A few weeks later, we had heavy winds and a flue cap blow off, mind you, these flue caps were original from 1974 and were in horrible shape. They should have been replaced, but MHI just painted the old ones. So, I contact Cam Kinnee again, he schedules service, this took another month to get this taken care of, or so I thought. Fast forward to January 2025, some winds blew another flue cap off, I contacted Cam Kinnee once more, he was unable to do anything, as he was in a training class. During my wait for him to return my message from Jan 22, 2025 to Feb 3, 2025. Still not service on the first flue cap by the way!... March 11, 2025 another flue cap on another unit had blown off. I contacted Cam once again, he said he would let his office know. I get a response from Cam informing me that he no longer works for MHI Roofing. Since then I have called MHI numbers about 20 times at MHI Office in Mt Lebanon, I have left messages, no returned calls, no one answers the phone... I am so frustrated with MHI. If you plan to use this company... Please reconsider... Once they have your money they do not service their work! Very disappointed! BEWARE OF MHI!!"

"Juan and Gabrielle did an amazing job removing our old tile from our house. They finished the whole job in two days. They were very efficient and knew what they were doing. They removed approximately 650 square feet tile from our floors. They also moved washer, dryer and removed toilet/faucet to do underneath. My husband and I am very satisfied with the job they have done and we def recommend Pineda to anybody in need of floor work. We would probably hire them again for our upstairs floors."
