They were the first (and only) company to contact me directly and leave both a voicemail and text. The voicemail was professional and I got a good feeling right from there. I called them back a couple hours later and they quoted me a price based on the information I gave them. They scheduled me for the same day just a couple hours later. I fully expected when they arrived to do the work that there would be some “additional issues” that would require more parts, labor, and money but the price they quoted was exactly what I paid and the work they predicted was exactly what they did. I told them I had a broken spring and I wasn’t sure if anything else was damaged or worn. Most companies would take advantage of that statement and find a way to charge more money for something. Fortunately, that didn’t happen. I am satisfied with the price I paid for the service I received both from a parts and labor standpoint and from a customer service standpoint. Friendly, helpful, and professional from start to finish. Based on this experience, I would use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Emergency door services are exceedingly professional and did a great job removing and replacing my 2 garage doors. Other than having to wait 4 months to receive the new doors- thank you supply chain issues-2 installers arrived at 8:30AM and by 1:15 both doors installed and working - including new openers. I have an old house with walls that aren’t all straight- after 2 days- one of the doors was having issues with a tensioning cable- I called and they sent one of the original installers back the next day- he fixed the issue with the cable tensioners. They are organized - pay attention to details- have a good variety of doors to choose from- very professional and totally worth the money. I saw an immediate reduction in heat loss and wind in my garage with the new doors. 4 months later I still think the new garage doors were a fabulous investment

The installation went great. Our installer, Paul, was very prompt, polite and professional. He was very efficient and was extremely meticulous on the job site. Yesterday in the late afternoon, I filled out a form on this company’s website, and this morning, they called me back to set up an appointment for 1-2 PM. The technician showed up closer to 4 PM, but he did call to tell me when he was 15 minutes away. The technician reattached wires on my sensor, and he used WD-40 to lubricate both garage doors. Both employees, on the phone and in person, were polite. I feel happy that my garage door works again.

My garage door sounded like it was dying a slow death. I purchased Garage Door Tune-Up and Roller replacement through Angie's list. The crew arrived on time and finished the job quickly. They were very friendly and did a great job adjusting the door, spring and chain on the garage. It sounds like new. They also spent some time with me going over appropriate maintenance and lubrication of the door. Definitely would hire again.

Honestly I didn’t think it could be done but they reframed and installed new door and opener. It was quick, fast, and I think the price was fantastic. I would definitely hire again for any door services I might need.
