The work was don quickly, and the crew cleaned up each day, placing the scrap materials in the dumpster they provided.  I couldn't recommend them more strongly.

I contacted Brad and his company after I had become frustrated with the dozens of other contractors who were trying to use a difficult situation that I am in for a quick buck.  He promised me he would be different from the others and he did not disappoint.  Not only did Brad agree to help me with resolving the conflict that arose from the damages,  but he also submitted the best estimate of the contractors I had spoken with.  
Brad carefully looked over all of my damages and concerns, answered all of my questions, took detailed notes and even photographed the problems and explained to me the causes and repairs that would be needed.  He went out of his way to accommodate requests that I made.  He came across to me as an honest, hard working and devoted owner/operator.  
I am not one to always go with the smallest estimate as I firmly believe the motto "you get what you pay for."  Although with Brad, I don't feel that to be true.  He provided me the best estimate out of the large stack of estimates I had received and his professionalism and knowledge during the consult has given me confidence that he will provide excellent services and that he takes pride in his work after the job.  
When the time comes, I will be using Brad Kidd Construction for this job and I will consider him for the dozens of other projects I would like done in the next 2-3 years.  Coming across a professional contractor who is honest, hard-working and does quality work is a rarity.  But I think I have stumbled onto someone here who is just that.  I look forward to updating this review later on with including the quality of his work.

I received several estimates for a roof replacement which ranged widely.  Brad was in the middle of the pack, but his explanation of how his team would handle specific areas gave me a greater level of comfort.
They didn't cut any corners and wasn't rushing just to get another job started.  Brad was also onsite every day making sure things were going as planed.
I would highly recommend Kidd Construction.

It went really well.  The guys showed up on time every morning, were careful not to track dirt through my house, and consulted me with any questions they had.  They remodeled the bathroom to my specifications and got the work done wonderfully.  It's like a whole new bathroom, I couldn't be happier!

The kitchen was done perfectly.  I love my new cabinets and countertops.  The guys did such a professional job, everything looks amazing.  It's like coming home to a new house.  I'm definitely going to use this company for any other work I need done on my house. 

bad took a great deal of pride in his work, and did things that were over and above what was required for the repair.  His rate was very reasonable, he was thorough, patient, polite and well-spoken, and showed up when he said he would.
I would use his service again, and would recommend him highly.

He did what three other roofers couldn't do. He resolved the problem right away. He was very reasonably priced. He has a well-trained team that works with him. He is really, really good. He keeps in contact with you. I have recommended him. He gets A's for everything.
