They painted the entire first and second flour except for the basement where the floors were not finished yet so we scheduled the painting of the basement for next month. They also did wallpaper removal in the powder and laundry rooms and we were amazed by the final result. The walls were in pretty bad shape under that old wallpaper but they worked on them with spackle and sanding then painted them and the final texture was so smooth and neat, nobody would have guessed there was wallpaper before. "THEY WERE NOT THE CHEAPEST BUT I FELT THEY WOULD BE A BETTER FIT FOR MY PROJECTS. THIS WAS BORNE OUT WHEN THEY DISCOVERED THAT A PREVIOUS PATCH PERFORMED BY ANOTHER CONTRACTOR COULD NOT BE REMOVED. THEY HAD A VERY EXPERIENCED ITALIAN PLASTER SPECIALIST. hE WAS ABLE TO FILL IN THE SPOT AND THE CEILING IS NOT PERFEDCTLY FLAT AND PROPERLY PAINTED. I HAD NO IDEA WHEN I SHOWED THE OWNER THE PROJESTS THAT HIS PROFESSIONALS WOULD DISCOVER THIS PROBLEM. HOWEVER, THEY REPAIRED IT TO MY SATISFACTION AND EVENTHOUGH IT REQUIRED MORE TIME, THEY DID NOT INCREASE THE FEE. THIS IS WHAT I CALL SERVICE! "The power washing was very effective in removing the mildew and moss from the house wall. I noticed a minor issue with the grass immediately under the wall. Some spots of the grass started to wilt (probably from the washing fluid), but a couple of weeks later the grass started to bounce back. I guess it's an expected side-effect. Despite this I am very happy with the result, and will reach out to Bob again in the future for the same service."
